The Oakland, CA-based automated parking solutions provider, CityLift Parking, will collaborate with R&A Architecture + Design and Markwood Enterprises to install its fully-automated parking solution in Los Angeles, California.
The luxury residential development, located in the district of Sawtelle, will be at the corner of Santa Monica Boulevard and Barrington Avenue. The five-story development will include six townhomes and 53 apartments, as well as 1,500 square feet of commercial space. The fully-automated parking garage will be responsible for 88 vehicles.
Incorporating CityLift’s Aisle solution, vehicles will be moved from the parking bay to their underground parking space in less than 2 minutes. When the drivers want to retrieve their car, they have two options: (1) Through a remote key fob that is assigned to their parking space, or (2) by typing in their assigned space number on the user kiosk provided.
This luxury residential development has received the Gold Award 2017 from MHN Excellence Awards with the angular façade and the angular courtyard walkway as two of the most prominent features.
