Integra Provides Clever Fall and Impact Protection

The INTEGRA System offers personal fall protection and car impact protection

The INTEGRA system, developed and patented by project w, combines personal fall protection and car impact protection and has been in existence on the European market for car park construction and car park renovation for years.

In addition to its fall-proof function, the visually intricate system can also take on design functions in the parking garage façade and in the interior of the building. It does not always have to be a visually obtrusive concrete parapet or a thick steel girder.

In the event of a car crash, the system ensures that the loads are dissipated through the on-site substructure.

The maximum column-free span is 5,506 mm. According to the requirements of the column widths in the new building, the elements are produced in the factory to the required element widths, which ensures consistent corrosion protection. In the basic version, the elements are hot-dip galvanized in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1461, and a plastic powder coating offers additional color design options.

The INTEGRA car park fall protection system meets the legal requirements of the LBO of the federal states as well as the generally applicable European standards for collision protection systems in car parks. In addition, INTEGRA has a general building inspectorate approval from the Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik (DIBt), making it the only construction-approved solution in the world with an element span of up to 5,500 mm.

The system is suitable for car parks made of steel as well as reinforced concrete structures.
