Founded in February 2004 in Seoul, South Korea, in the early years, NEXPA was focused on developing new technologies. Parking Management System (PMS)

A smart solution to manage car park entry and exit efficiently. Parking Management System (PMS) is one of the smart parking solutions that can be installed at the entry and exit gate of the car park.

The main component of this system is the LPR machine. The data gathered by LPR machine is stored in a database as meta-data, enabling parking managers to control vehicle access at the entry and operate payment systems automatically at the exit.

Access Control

The LPR machine detects an incoming vehicle at the entry and exit gate and recognizes the license plate number. Blacklist, VIP list and others can be registered and their arrival will be alerted to the center.

Payment System

There are two options for the payment system: cashier booth and auto pay station. The auto pay station will help to lower the operating cost and reduce congestion at exit.

NPP-GLPR100

Automatically recognizes a license plate number, and after detecting a vehicle opens the boom gate.

Video-Based Parking Guidance System (VPGS)

Smart solution to guide drivers to the available parking lot easily and quickly.

Video-based Parking Guidance System (VPGS) is a PGS solution using video analytics technology.
Unlike any traditional PGS solution such as ultrasonic, geo-magnetic sensor, IP camera sensor recognizes the vehicle license plate number in each parking space, enabling value-added features of video-surveillance, Find-My-Car, and others through one single platform.

NPG-OMC12NW

Installed in the middle of lane on the ceiling to detect cars in parking spaces and recognize license plate numbers.

NPG-MUC12/PGCA

Installed on the 2 lines of the raceway in a corridor to detect vehicles on the opposite side row and recognize license plate number.

NPG-MUC5/ISA

Installed on the 2 lines of the raceway in a corridor to detect vehicles on the opposite side row and recognize license plate number.

NPG-PSK100/M

Provides "Find My Car" service which helps customers to find the location of their parked car.

Customers check the location simply by entering their license plate number at the KIOSK.

Traffic Enforcement System

NEXPA traffic enforcement system is an automated solution to identify traffic violation and recognize vehicle license plate number to improve road security not interrupting traffic flow.

Illegal Parking Enforcement System - (Pole Type)

The pole type illegal parking enforcement system can be deployed on the road to identify illegal parking.

The information of an occurrence, location, and time of traffic violation will be delivered to the
center and saved on the database.

The recorded image and the recognized license plate number can be used as evidence.

Illegal Parking Enforcement System - (Vehicle-Mounted Type)

The vehicle-mounted illegal parking enforcement system is able to identify illegal parking while driving to solve traffic congestion with high mobility.

Waterproof and anti-vibration housing helps to improve performance in a moving condition.

Road Security System - (Pole Type)

The pole type road security system detects security threats and prevents crimes. The system recognizes the license plate number of crime-related vehicles and gives an alert to the center automatically.

It enables enforcement to collect evidence, track the route, and take prompt action that will
lead to an increase in the arrest rate.

Road Security System - (Mobile Type)

The mobile road security system is a portable type solution.

The system is able to detect security threats and prevent any crimes on the spot from anywhere.
It recognizes the license plate number of crime-related vehicles and gives an alert to the local
center and also to an official's PDA on scene. It enables a prompt arrest of criminal or suspect to strengthen public safety.
