Payment solutions for Parking

InTouch is our latest solution to check paying parking and blue zones. This application is specifically intended for the control of parking spaces where the parking time is limited.

Findings, follow-up and payments are managed in a user-friendly way by the InTouch Backoffice portal.

Police services and local authorities make grateful use of our application for the follow-up of various files:

InTouch Backoffice has been specially designed to grant permits to residents, to draw up a temporary parking ban, and to offer permits for long-term or temporary parking. In addition, permits can also be issued for containers, terraces, ...

De Backoffice processes all necessary information: start and end date of the permit, the amount paid, the zone in which the permit is valid, etc. In addition, the program sends reminders for grants, checks payments and sends reminders to relevant persons.

Of course it is important that you can check the issued permit. That is why we have developed our software so that you can easily transfer that data to your handheld computer.




With InTouch Mobile you can park quickly and securely via your smartphone. In a few steps you create an online profile where you can switch unlimited between different number plates. Coupled to your profile you can recharge your balance via Bancontact or credit card and this without any extra costs. This means that there are no one-off registration or transaction costs for the use of InTouch.

InTouch Mobile contains the following useful features:

Permits and parking tickets must be able to be checked on site. That is why we offer weatherproof devices with tailor-made software for parking attendants, GAS authorized personnel and police services. Our after-sales service provides maintenance and possible repairs.

Our applications are used for both the control of speeding violations and other violations. In both cases, the classic manual registration is replaced by the recording of data via an intuitive application and a robust hand-held computer.

Conveniently, the violation can be demonstrated with photos made by our hand computer. These are automatically included in the file. In addition, there is a built-in scanner that can quickly retrieve the necessary data from the identity card.

Linked to the application there is a Backoffice that is integrated with the ISLP network of the police. An automated workflow manages the files at the various stages.

Vehicles from neighboring countries can be identified through retrieval from the EUCARIS database.

In order to get the most out of AutoTicket, a good knowledge of the system is necessary. This is why Tradelec organizes training courses for its customers every spring and autumn. Of course it is also possible to request training at other times, adapted to the specific needs of your police zone.
