- Provide amazing service to our clients and prospects
- Answer incoming calls and inquiries via our customer service channels
- Find solution, reassure and following up with clients and prospects on their questions and issues
- Work with the sales team to help convert leads into new customers and help them get started with BePark.
- Be Pro-active in identifying improvements in customer experience, both in our products and processes
- Analyzing Customer Care reportings
- You can commit to working with us at least 3 months in order to fully understand the business and develop your skills
- Strong Empathy and ability to understand customer needs
- You are result-oriented and proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- You are organized and focused
- You enjoy social contact and meeting new people
- You speak fluently and can write in French, Dutch and English
- You have min. (or are in last year of) a Bachelor degree
- You have very good analytic skills
