Who We’re Looking For
Everon - our Platform as a Service is the next generation global, scalable and multi-tenant e-mobility cloud platform which enables businesses to manage and operate EV-charging infrastructure.
Your task as a Customer Success Representative will be providing 1st and 2nd line support to our customers on Everon.
Develop and manage a portfolio of key clients
Build a strong relationship with clients and drive their growth
Help clients to make the best use of the platform by sharing valuable industry and product knowledge. Act as a trusted advisor
Provide data insights to discuss with clients
Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
Mediate between clients and the organization
Gather clients requests and feedbacks to share with our product teams
Liaise with the Customer Support team to help with the resolution of issues
Drive customer growth and spot opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
Create commercial proposals together with the internal teams
Minimum Bachelor degree. Master degree is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as Customer Success Representative, Account Manager, Business Developer, Product Manager, etc.
Experience with SaaS or PaaS strongly preferred
Experience in the EV, energy or mobility sector is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
