Software Support Engineer (Amsterdam, NL)

Who We’re Looking For

As a Software Support Engineer - Everon , you’ll be part of our Everon Customer Success Management Team. Your task will be to provide 2nd and 3rd line support relating to our PaaS - Everon, a next generation global, scalable and multi-tenant e-mobility cloud platform which enables businesses to manage and operate EV-charging infrastructures.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact of our customers for platform incidents, maintenance of platform users, platform configurations, functional questions related to the use of the platform, issues with 3rd party connections
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line functional/operational support related to our Everon platform
  • Troubleshoot and investigate platform issues (it involves reproducing the issues, reading logs, executing database queries)
  • Support integrations between the Everon platform and other applications / 3rd party platform
  • Document and follow up with technical incidents including providing feedbacks to customers and/or to the relevant team(s) internally
  • Support the testing of functional updates. Reports bugs internally if any and provide internal feedbacks
  • Provide technical guidance and training to customers including external partners & colleagues
  • Write documentations&manuals for customers and colleagues


  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or relevant scientific degree
  • Three to five years experience in software support, testing, development or other strong technical role
  • Strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills. Ability to read logs to identify issues and their root causes.
  • Ability to write SQL queries and small scripts to automate recurring tasks. Ability to write testing code to test the platform APIs
  • Good understanding of Paas/SaaS solutions, API design and overall knowledge of software design principles.
  • Experience in integrations with 3rd party solutions is a plus
  • Strong communication and articulation skills in English (and preferably in other languages). Willing to work with a multicultural team.
