Provide training on HPC (High Power Charging)/DC products to partners and manage the knowledge of certified people during service partnership; create, update and improve service documentation.
Focus Areas, Main Duties and Responsibilities
Describe training levels (installer, service partner, for all DC products), manage training courses (content, related material, evaluation), including e-learning
Monitor efficiency of trained people (cross check with support requests, evaluation during service contract lifetime)
Create and manage a “certified partner” program to update knowledge of the trained community and provide after-training support
Contribute to updating knowledge base to capture new learnings and good practices, based on communication with service community and internal tech support
Contribute to adjustment of service partner contracts
Full efficiency of service partners in an autonomous way, for customer’s satisfaction
Receive hand-over from DC Development Team on technical documentation (installation and maintenance manuals)
Create and manage all service documents, including reports, guides, manuals, lists of tools/parts, from pre-commissioning to curative and preventive maintenance as well as coordinated interventions
Seamless interaction with partners, both internal and external, relying on clear documentation to support up-to-level-2 analysis and any intervention
Engineer/Master’s degree with a technical background or equivalent work experience, preferably with a major in Electricity, Power Electronics or Electro-mechanical field
5+ years of experience in technical support and training, technical writing,
In-depth knowledge or willingness to acquire the EV sector
Expertise in electronics standards and principles
Very good understanding of software development and IP communications
Very good understanding of product development and manufacturing processes
Previous experience in the automotive industry, sustainable transport, technical supply or energy industry is an advantage
A knowledge keeper and partner nurturer
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French, German is an advantage
