Impark is currently looking for a full-time HR Employee Leave Specialist to work at our US Corporate office in Collingswood, NJ.

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer federal, state, local and company sponsored leaves for all US employees.
  • Ensure compliance will all corresponding leave laws and regulatory policies.
  • Track all leave documentation including dates, reason for leaves, time taken, correspondence, and applicable forms.
  • Maintain lines of communication with employee, support departments, and managers on all applicable leave matters.
  • Ensure all mailings and communications occur timely as dictated by applicable procedures.
  • Communicate with Physicians and medical providers as needed to ensure accuracy of certifications.
  • Provide general training and support to the organization on all matters related to employee leaves.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2-3 years experience in Human Resources
  • 1-2 years experience managing FMLA and other employee leaves.
  • Ability to multitask and work under multiple deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills required, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation :

  • $35,000 - $45,000 annually based on experience, full benefits package, paid time off, and other benefits discussed upon offer.
