Legal Counsel (London, UK)

JustPark

Job description

We are looking for a commercially savvy solicitor to join one of the most exciting and fast-growing start ups in London. We are looking to attract someone with relevant commercial property legal experience to provide advice and support to our sales and account management team and external clients, combined with a passion to influence the future growth of the business, by introducing and presenting the JustPark service to potential high-profile clients.

You will be working alongside the Business Development and Senior Management teams. Ideally you will have 3 years’ relevant property legal experience with the desire to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have the opportunity to influence our business development activities within the commercial real estate sector. You will meet and network with asset managers and high-profile property professionals, creating awareness of how JustPark can increase the value of assets by monetising under used or underperforming sites.

Combining your legal experience with a desire to influence business development activities, you will provide legal support and advice as required to help shorten the sales cycle, as well as promoting and presenting the JustPark service to potential clients both in the UK and abroad.
