An exciting opportunity has arisen for a U.S.-qualified Legal Counsel to join the Legal team at our Corporate Head Office in Downtown Vancouver, B.C. The Legal Counsel will support the Company’s brisk expansion into major U.S. markets, and will have primary responsibility for drafting, reviewing and advising on leases, concession agreements, operating agreements, joint venture agreements and other major business contracts. The Legal Counsel will also support other Corporate Office departments and members of the senior management team to drive the Company’s broader goals, objectives and strategic initiatives.
