Due to our continued growth, Park Assist is seeking top talent to be considered for the position of Regional Director of Project Management to join our growing team in North America. Park Assist is driving innovation in the parking industry; since our inception in 2005, we have developed sensing and business intelligence solutions for parking and are a global leader in enhanced parking guidance systems.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years relevant work experience providing construction project management. This role will ensure that all regional projects are properly vetted through the pre-sales process, handed over to PM’s effectively, delivered on-time, ahead of budget, and to Client’s satisfaction.
Responsible for all project schedules, project financial summaries, and project folders on BOX ensuring that data is up to date
Maintain and grow contractor relationships in region ensuring adequate coverage of contractors to support Park Assist NTHAM growth
Co-own the PM SOP in conjunction with other Regional DPM, ensuring all PM’s have the latest version and are well trained on the SOP and are adhering to its requirements
Co-Own submittal templates in conjunction with other Regional DPM, ensuring all PM’s use the same template(s)
Co-Own handover documentation ensuring that all future handovers include all the necessary information in a single packet so the PM of note on the project is set up for success
Work with regional sales staff, through the guidance of the General Manager, on high probability opportunities to ensure no scope gaps are present at the time of hand over
Work with Client Services Manager, to ensure post-project handover SOP is mutually aligned and adhered to within the PM team(s)
Travel to sites locally and remotely when needed, approximately 50%-60% of the time.
Shared ownership of Contractor Agreement template with Director of Sales Support
Ensure all existing projects reach PC (practical completion) per milestones on our project schedule.
Ensure Park Assist fulfills all contractual and intended obligations to our customers, vendors and partners.
Become thoroughly knowledgeable about the entire Park Assist product and service offerings. Learn how to demonstrate and promote them in a proficient, profitable manner.
Ensure all sites are installed to a high standard of quality and workmanship per the Park Assist Branch PM SOP.

High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification plus technical school and/or military experience.
Strong sense of ownership.
-Interpersonal and customer service skills and ability to work with diverse teams within a global company.
Technical and working understanding of low voltage power and Ethernet data circuitry and network technology.
At least 4 years of project or other management experience.
Ability to use computer based tools like MS Office, Adobe and web browsers.
Experience with Microsoft Project and other PM tools.
Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
A+, Network + or other recognized technical certification.
PMP or other recognized Project Management certification.
5 + years of project management experience.
