Reporting to the Operations Manager, his/her mission will be the customer service management, from the client's order to the transport and delivery of the products, while supporting the supply chain area
Introduction of orders to the ERP (Navision)
Credit management to customers
Information on delivery
Management of export documentation
Transport management (international)
Resolution of incidents
Supply Chain support tasks, such as stock management, purchasing management, ...
CFGS/FP in logistics, administration or foreign trade.
Experience in customer relationship, credit management, transportation management (multimodal) & export documentation. Experience in ERP (Navision)
Fluency in English & Spanish (C1-advanced level). French, Portuguese or German will be a plus.
