Sales Account Manager (London, UK)

Job Description

As Sales Account Manager you are focused on creating a world in which parking is no longer a pain! This means finding the underutilised private parking spaces and making them available to the public. That’s the core of the ParkBee initiative and the key responsibility of this role.

ParkBee is growing rapidly, and this function is of crucial importance to further enhance this growth. This role requires attracting new real-estate owners (clients) with parking locations to the ParkBee network.

We are looking for an ambitious and outgoing sales professional that will attract new clients to ParkBee and help manage the existing portfolio of clients. You will have an opportunity to be a part of the starting team, you’ll see the change your hard work brings to the company and be rewarded for it!


  • Enhance lead generation to realise new acquisitions and optimise the process
  • Be a sales lead in in all that you do, own the process representing ParkBee every step of the way. Research and scout new ParkBee locations and find creative ways to get in contact with the right owners
  • Develop innovative sales strategies in line with the marketing team to grow ParkBee in the real-estate market
  • Work closely with strategic partners on joint procurement initiatives
  • Maintain communication to clients about the activities performed and planned activities for their locations
  • Inspire the community while building and maintaining a portfolio of clients
  • Ensure updates and full-use of the CRM system


  • 2+ years of experience in sales or account management (real-estate knowledge in the London market is a huge plus)
  • Be hardworking, driven, hungry and looking to join a growing organisation.
  • Capacity to independently plan, structure and execute effective sales methods;
  • Ability to organise work methods to ensure targets are consistently met.
  • Team player with a dynamic, outgoing personality; strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential;
  • Strong work ethic with enthusiasm to work for a startup;
  • Ability to represent your ideas and sell to management team;
  • Fluent in English
