Job description

URGENT: Yellow and Co is looking for a senior/experienced middleweight Wayfinding/Signage Project Manager for a position in Boulogne-Billancourt, Paris Area, France.

We are looking for a local and experienced Signage Project Manager to join our Design Architects coordinate commissioned architectural, wayfinding and parking projects addressed to our headquarters in Paris. The applicant must have more than four years experience working in similar field and ideally connected to commercial / retail projects.

Skills: Strong logic, visual, verbal and writing communication skills.

Job Description / Role

  • Deliver a range of way-finding and signage based solutions that answer and exceed expectations. A minimum of 3/4 years experience managing multiple projects with the relevant qualifications to match. This position requires you to work closely along side the signage design/CAD designers, production dept and the wider projects team.
  • Lead and manage signage projects to ensure that budget, deliverables, and project timelines are met.
  • Understand specific project requirements and interpret any other needs for the project.
  • Clear and concise communication with our clients and external stakeholders throughout the project life.
  • Budgetization and estimations.
  • Coordination and participation to Construction Documentation production.
  • Production of Tender Documentation, Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Resource planning and maintaining WIPs (Work In Progress).
  • Updating Contacts Lists and Contact Reports.
  • To provide technical advice and knowledge to design,fabrication and installation process.
  • To be available for international travel, to project sites and attend meetings as the company’s representative.
  • Liaise with clients, project managers, consultants, as well as our team to ensure all project details and information is captured.
  • Prepare-meeting notes and debrief of information to team members.
  • Coordinate and produce technical offers including ressource load estimations and planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3/4 years experience.
  • Excellent project/time management skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of architectural plans and technical drawings.
  • Demonstrated understanding of materials and technical details.
  • Advanced AutoCAD.
  • Minimum knowledge of Adobe Creative Suit : Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Drivers license.
  • Clear and concise communication with our clients and external stakeholders throughout the project life.
  • Maintaining WIPs, Contacts Lists and Contact Reports.
