Lanier Adds Fifth South Florida Class A Office Tower to Its Portfolio
Lanier Parking Solutions announced today it has added its tenth Class A commercial office tower in South Florida to its management portfolio. Transwestern, exclusive leasing and management team for Miami Center, has selected Lanier to manage parking for the building, a 782,000 square foot office tower in the heart of Miamis Central Business District.
We are proud that Transwestern has once again selected Lanier as the parking provider of choice in this market, said Lanier Chief Marketing Officer Joe Wenderoth. This is Laniers fourth account with Transwestern, and its fifth new Class A deal in South Florida in the past two years.
Miami Centers parking facilities include 906 spaces, for which Lanier will manage monthly, transient, and valet parking. The property sits directly across from SunTrust Financial Center, which Lanier Parking also manages. The contract starts on December 1 and has a proposed term of five years.
