Evens Time began using ProntoForms for simple timecard capture. It has now evolved into a full mobile data and management system for their company. ProntoForms is used to tag GPS locations, capture customer signature and collect a broad range of business information. ProntoForms has replaced paper systems, and improved the quality and speed of reporting from diverse locations, providing many benefits, including reducing the invoicing process from 7 days to less than 48 hours. ProntoForms has also improved field team efficiency by eliminating repeated data entry and improving the scheduling of vehicle maintenance with mileage tracking forms.
ProntoForms' time stamp and GPS location features were a key factor in Evens Time's recent win of a contract for the installation and maintenance of multi-space meters for municipal parking operations.
