Richard A. Serra CEO of Allpro Parking, was recentlye elected to Buffalo BOMA Board
CEO of Allpro Parking, Rick Serra, has been elected to the board of The Greater Buffalo Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Serras position will assist The Greater Buffalo BOMA in facilitating concerns of the building owners, managers and associated professionals in the Western New York area.  As a member of the board, Serra will contribute efforts to providing networking opportunities, supporting education programs, working to advance the community and offering information to local companies to foster the industry as a whole.

Serra has previously sat on boards for a number of affiliations; Kiwanis Club of Buffalo, New York State Parking Association and The Theater District Association.  Serra also serves as a board member and Treasurer of The Alleyway Theater and a member of Buffalo Place - Access Infrastructure Task Force.  Serra served as President of Working For Downtown for two consecutive years, from 2006-2008.

I look forward to working with the building owners and property managers along with the many vendors that are part of BOMA here in Buffalo, said Serra.  Parking is the first and last stop for all visitors and tenants that frequent the downtown buildings, so I am excited to be a part of planning the services and events that BOMA delivers to the business community.
