ParkWhiz and BestParking Fall Under Parent Brand Arrive

Car Journey iStock Image

Arrive was launched in early January and is the result of conclusive research and hard work by the team based in Chicago.

This leading provider of branded and white-labeled last-mile mobility solutions brings to the table expertise gathered over more than a decade. The name Arrive has a positive connotation as no matter the journey, or the purpose for it, the destination has been reached.

Todd Tucker, Senior VP of Market Development at ArriveIn early 2016, Todd Tucker joined the ranks as Vice President of National Sales and soon became the Senior Vice President of Market Development. His arrival at the company added a wealth of knowledge about business development and company operations to the already well-established brands of ParkWhiz and BestParking.

ParkWhiz and BestParking have been active brands for approximately 12 years, mainly focused on parking reservations and pre-pays. The launch of Arrive gives the opportunity for expansion, as well as to offer a more diverse service to potential partners and consumers alike. With large partnerships including Amazon, Avis and GasBuddy, Arrive allows for more tailored parking services that encompass all parking and not simply reservations or payment.

We were able to interview Todd and gain some further insight into the rebranding and the mission for Arrive. We wanted to know more about how the decision to rebrand was made, how the rebranding research was conducted, why the B2B and B2C businesses were kept separate and also how the future looks for Arrive.
