Car2go Out and About on Vienna’s Roads

Since the beginning of the year, car2go have decided to make use of our Mobility Service. Their vehicle fleet includes about 700 vehicles, spread out across the entire city area. Our task lies in the relocation of the smart cars, i.e. driving the vehicles back to high-frequency parking bays. These are not always the same locations as they can vary constantly and these are pinpointed using demand apps. Flexibility therefore takes on another dimension: The main criterion lies not in the fixing of well-known hot spots in a large city, but in the availability in the business areas in which a stronger demand builds each day.

Throughout our two year presence on the Viennese car sharing market, this challenge has been an incentive which our team is always willing to take on.
