Zeag launches ZMS Suite 3.4
Zeag Technology, the Groups development and product supply center, have launched the new application software suite release 3.4 for ZMS systems.
In addition to various outstanding general enhancements and add-ons, the new release comprises of:
- Database system now upgraded to SQL Server 2005 Workgroup edition
- Coding station CDS; an outstanding software predominantly used for coding and card and ticket programming, particularly suitable for hotel applications
- Orion configurator, a simple tool for parameter editing
- New money statistics reporting provides operators significant information of cash transactions selected date and time range.
Concurrently with the ZMS release 3.4 Zeag introduces the Orion peripheral software package version 2.19. All users benefit from the new innovative functionalities implemented such as:
- Data and time display on lane peripherals
- The cash management system RCU5 (5 self-refilling hoppers) now also handles Canadian (and in due course US $ coinage)
- Integration of the Thales Artema Desktop point of sales terminal for cashier operated transactions
- Issue of a second set of cash box audit proofs after replacement of the safe boxes.
