Brilliant premiere for WÖHR Slimparker 557 in Tel Aviv, Israel
With its innovative technology the Slimparker 557 provides 15 car parking places underground on 4 levels deep and 4 rows behind each other in a very slim structural shell. Two hundred invited guests celebrated the premiere of the first project with Wöhr Slimparker 557 in Tel Aviv. Architects, Designers and customers were fascinated by the live-presentation and the innovative technology to accommodate 15 car parking places in such a small space.

On 4 levels deep and 4 rows behind each other 15 underground parking places have been created for the residents at Ehad Haam 140. The Slimparker 557 was specially developed by Wöhr for the particular needs of the City Tel Aviv.
According to a new regulation existing buildings can be increased, when construction measures to reinforce the structure are considered to pretend earthquake risks and to create additional parking places for the extended need.
In Tel Aviv houses are stuck together and are separated only by narrow courtyards or slim backyards. The Slimparker 557 has been particularly developed for this benefit. For narrow broad strips between two buildings this slim system merely requires an installation width of 2.60 m.

In combination with an installation length from 27.70 m and a depth of at least 11.55 m on 6 parking levels up to 23 car parking places can be created.
The parking procedure starts in a central entry area, which is for the beginning invisibly hidden underground and closed by a variable lid.
After lifting the lid plate the vehicle can park in. The parking area lowers once more and the lift transports the vehicle to one of the parking levels.
That remains the area next to the building as path or passage without any visible structure. To provide more comfort and to avoid maneuvering, a turntable is available to turn vehicles exit direction.
