Design and create dashboards that showcase product performance for the organization and teams.
Collaborate with Product Management to convert business requirements into robust data models and actionable insights.
Perform complex data analyses to detect trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to enhance product and operational performance.
Lead ad hoc analyses to inform strategic decisions across product, operations, and business spheres.
Collaborates closely with Data Engineers to ensure optimal data pipeline architecture for advanced analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

What you bring
Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst in a data driven organization.
Demonstrated experience in utilizing data build tool for transforming data in the warehouse and preparing it for analysis.
Expertise in database management and querying with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) technologies, as well as proficiency in programming with R, Python, or similar data analysis languages.
Experience creating dashboards with CleverTap, Metabase or similar analytics tools.
Extensive practical experience in documenting data models and tracking specifications.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Independent work ethic with a proven track record of initiative and successful project completion.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Leadership experience or potential with the capability to mentor future team members.
Deep understanding of analytics and data sciences.
